My Immune-Fuel Hot LemonAid: Beat Cold and Flu, Fast!

When we decided that there was a pill for every ill, we lost a world of magic.

That is, the natural, plant-based substances that had killed viral and bacterial infections, for hundreds of years.

One of my favorites is a fabulous hot drink (though you can serve it cold) that I learned when my kids were babies. I call it:

Immune-Fuel Hot LemonAid

It features water, raw honey, raw apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cayenne pepper.

My family has used this for generations and it WORKS against a virus or bacterial thing coming on. The sooner you get on it, the better! Your kids will drink it, it’s delicious, and EVERY ingredient is an immune stimulant.

You’re going to LOVE it, so have these ingredients on hand, and at the FIRST moment you feel something “coming on” (body aches or fatigue, usually), whip this up in 5 minutes. Have the whole family drink it so no one else gets sick!

I truly have seen this “knock down” a cold or sore throat or flu SO many times!

Grab the printable recipe, and keep it, to keep you and your family healthy all winter! (Don’t you love cheap, easy, effective home remedies? Don’t “fight” a fever--your immune system is optimized at 104 degrees, and it’s an important part of how you fight that bug! I promise, a fever is NOT a Tylenol deficiency!)

From my family to yours, for several generations now--enjoy! Download My Immune-Fuel Hot LemonAid recipe and dosage instructions here.

(p.s. Make it with hot water, but please don’t heat it after that--you’ll kill some of the enzymes and other qualities of the raw ingredients. It will last 1 week in the fridge but can be frozen.)

Quick question – your post mentions garlic but the recipe doesn’t have garlic in it. Is that an oversight? Do you no longer include garlic?

You can add or delete any ingredient you like 🙂 It doesn’t have to be precise. Garlic is always a good immune booster.

Robyn….quick question. We have friends from Kosovo who taught us their fever remedy. ACV socks. Just very cold water and ACV. Put your ankle socks in the bowl to get them thoroughly wet, and put on the feet. (Especially nice to have someone rub the feet while the socks are on :). Within 15 minutes, the fever pretty much goes away. Repeat as necessary, but with new socks. Since feet and ACV are good detoxifiers, I figured this remedy would be acceptable, and you wouldn’t have to let the fever run its course… the ACV would just pull the bad stuff out of the body. What do you think? I can say it definitely works. Not sure if it’s better to keep the fever though?

Not sure if it’s worth it….we’ll see. I had to sell my soul by divulging my personal information and click through 5 or so links to finally get the recipe. Not sure I like this site or how she operates.
