I just ordered the EMF videos and 12 hours later the only thing I’ve received for my 29.95 is a pdf download. I’m hoping there’s a glich in the system. I’ve checked spam and all other emails…but there are no links for the videos anywhere to be found. I’ve sent two messages to the support email and still no response 12 hours later. This looks like a great video and I’d really like to see it, especially since I’ve paid for it.
I’m hoping someone on the inside reads this and gets back to me ASAP. Thanks.

When you place your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with a PDF to download and then about 15 minutes later, you should receive a second email with the link to log into the portal and your username and password.Please check your spam or promotions folders for that second email. I miss not being able to adjust the speed of video replay. Is there any way to add that feature to your playbacks?
I purchased EMF videos yesterday, however, I didn’t receive any e-mail with the link to watch the videos. I checked my SPAM folder and nothing is there.
