- Raw cacao (chocolate goodness without the junk added, also an antioxidant powerhouse)
- Bee pollen (immune stimulant, anti-allergies)

- Organic, hand-fileted aloe vera (75 immune-boosting phytochemicals)
- Turmeric (or curcumin, the extract), your best natural anti-inflammatory
- Sprouted organic flaxseed (best way to get essential fatty acids)

Thanks so much for the smoothie guide! It looks like a no nonsense approach to making yummy healthy smoothies. Also, I can’t wait to try my hand at making Rejuvelac. I have a question though about the video that you show how to make Rejuvelac. Towards the end you have a jar of it that you say you sip on thru out the day that has separated. Do you shake it up or just drink the opac liquid?
you can just drink it! you can strain the grain out if you want.
Been following from the beginning of your blogging. Learned so much, but have NEVER been able to shed 10 pounds even when doing the cleanse, the green smoothies, etc. I want to lose 10 lbs and don’t know why I can’t. Any ideas?
Susan, can you go to a bioidentical thyroid specialist (usually a nurse practitioner, occasionally an MD hangs a shingle out about that but is NOT really trained in the whole chain of sophisticated hormone interplay)…..and get a FULL blood panel workup? Not just a T3 test an MD (endocrinologist, GP, OB/GYN) will order? I suspect a hormone / thyroid issue if you’re eating super healthy but don’t lose weight! A t3 test, again, is NOT ENOUGH. There are upstream and downstream precursor hormones and they all function together.
Thank you, Robyn. I have done that and am following a program. Currently I am serving a service mission for my church and will return in a year to Utah. Do you or your staff ever work directly with clients? I’d love some personal guidance.
Thank you for the information , what type of blender do you use and do you send the chart to home address or to your e mail address .
My blender doesn’t hold 64 ounces so have cut the amounts in half and make two separate batches to get my two quarts. Thanks for the info!
I cannot get the recipe to print for me. I have downloaded it but just get a blank page.
I love the guide and reminders, but cannot print it. The pages come out blank. Help!
Lots of people having problems with that link!! I ended up taking a photo of the guide, then sent it to myself in an email then printed it!! Lol! How come no one is responding to any of your questions?
Please resend me the PDF guide on how to make rejuvelac. I accidentally deleted emailed & need to make more. LOVE ❤️ it in our smoothies! We’ve recently completed GSG challenge & feel great! Our investment in a Blendtec has already paid off! We use it EVERYDAY! Thank you!!!!
Is this smoothie all for just me to drink for breakfast? It seems large.
yes, Chris, you could STUFF yourself with this smoothie and never gain weight…..you want to drink as much as possible to get you through to your next meal. It’s super nutrient dense (and low in calories).
What kind of blender do you use?
Hi I’m new to this. I think it’s awesome that there are a possible 1001 smoothies from this, however, I’m scared to try them as I’m afraid I’m going to make something that does not go well together and will taste awful. Any thoughts for a newbie?
We do drink a lot of smoothies, liquid salads, for our health. If you or someone else could tell us how to gain 10 pounds we would be interested in your program. It seems like the whole world must be fat as almost everything in our inbox is telling us how to lose pounds. My husband and I eat only healthy foods. We never eat junk food. How can we gain weight without eating junk?
Hi Robyn, do you peel the tumeric? Thank you!
I can’t thank you enough for the positive influence your podcasts have had on my eating habits. I’ve gone from a diet high in meat protein, dairy and processed foods even though I’ve never had a green smoothie in my life! I’m eating salads regularly with less waste to complain about — just because I’m eating salads regularly — and simple al dente vegetables that kept me warm and satusfied throughout the cold (our version of cold!) winter and spring nights. I now regularly make soup — my favorite is red lentil — and love having a larder of frozen soup I can go to at anytime.
I’m just writing to say thank you and asking for a little patience. I assume there are others like me who haven’t quite got onboard bandwagon but we’re trying our best. Your podcasts are constant delightful reminders the journey is long but the light ahead can now be seen.
Thank you again,
Susan Richey

Oh Susan, What a beautiful and sweet sentiment! I will be sure to share your inspiring story with Robyn as I know this will bring a huge smile to her face. We certainly look forward to the day you join us, whether that be in our incredible detox community or 12 Steps community. Keep up the amazing and nourishing work!
Should anyone be concerned about Oxalates in greens like kale and spinach? What’s anyone’s opinion on this? Thanks.
Daniel – Have a look at the posts below from Robyn (Green Smoothie Girl). They will thoroughly set your mind at ease as they did mine. I had exactly the same concerns, but have none any longer.

Yes if you have thyroid issues! I learned that the hard way- grew a veggie garden and was using lots of spinach in smoothies and salads. It wasn’t long before my hair started to come out by the ton! I finally found out it was blocking my Synthroid, so it was not working for me
Blanche them a few minutes helps lower oxalates
