Food Fads: Is Red Wine Good For You?

It’s become accepted by most of America that “a glass of red wine every night is good for you.” But is it?

(If you like to hang onto your opinions, regardless of whether they’re valid or not, maybe you won’t want to watch!)

Then again, I might be more objective in this video than you’re guessing I will be. By the way…..white wine has fewer toxic, headache-causing sulfites, but more sugar (and little of the antioxidant resveratrol). So, pick your poison!

    This was an interesting video. Nice to see somebody that agrees with me! I am always hearing from others that red wine is good for you and I always respond similar to Robyn, but for some reason it seems nobody really wants to hear this!
