My 17-yo daughter Emma was examining the contents of our fridges and said, “Mom, you should take a photo of what we eat, because it’s so pretty.” (Update: Emma is going to college on a full-ride soccer scholarship! She’s a 6-year vegetarian, and erstwhile vegan, with a goal of being a career humanitarian, running a non-profit in Latin America.)
