This sweet little 28-year old mom of 4 kids waited a long time to chat with me in Mesa, Arizona and got so emotional telling me her story. Why? Because this is our LIVES we’re talking about–the consequences of the fuel we choose color every aspect of our existence.
It was hard for her to decide to go on film telling you her story—but she decided she wanted y’all to know what powerful medicine food can be!

I love Robyn’s message toward young parents and I am always excited to actually see moms with young kids tackle this sooner than later! I promise, adapting healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle is the BEST thing you can EVER do for your kids. Promise!

This is exactly the same for my husband and his acid reflux. Eat raw, acid reflux gone, eat cooked (not even crap – even plant based cooked food), acid reflux back! We still eat both raw and cooked but it is just a matter of keeping it at the right balance (Robyn recommends 60% – 80% raw and this is our goal).
This was excellent thank you so much for sharing. It was an excellent reminder that good health is a daily choice.
What is the 30-day program? Is this something you have created Robyn? Also, I know that you have a lot of info of how eating whole foods and such can help with cancer….but my family doesn’t suffer much from cancer….but the killer with us is Type 2 diabetes….and all the side affects that it brings….do you have any info on how your way of eating affects diabetes?
We have done a full-support cleanse twice in the past year (Jan. and May), and that’s what Stacy is talking about. We’ll do it again in January. We have calls several times a week, online forums and support, a pre-cleanse menu, and a cleanse menu with recipes.
Stacey, how many green smoothies do you have to drink in order to keep the fibromyalgia symptoms away?
Thanks you Everyone! I am glad I had the opportunity to thank Robyn! Her program and standard green smoothie recipe has helped me immensely! My kids also drink at least a pint a day and my daughter’s eczema is gone! I started with one quart a day and I am now up to two quarts! I am so excited to see my body change as I continue to get healthier!
