Sharing green smoothies in a third world country

By Robyn Openshaw, MSW | Sep 07, 2013

GreenSmoothieGirl reader Curtis Wakefield is a Christian missionary working in Mexico. He has helped turned his and his family’s health issues around with green smoothies and whole foods, and drove a long distance to attend my class in Sacramento in March, 2012.  He shared these pictures of sharing green smoothies with a local family who has many health problems. Our friend Pam Opdyke sent me the photos and suggested we let the pictures tell the rest of the story:

They liked it! They don’t get much produce and said it tasted so fresh!
