Sharing Green Smoothies in Mexico
GreenSmoothieGirl reader Curtis Wakefield is a Christian missionary working in Mexico. He has helped turn his and his family’s health issues around with green smoothies and whole foods, and drove a long distance to attend my class in Sacramento in March, 2012. He shared these pictures of sharing green smoothies with a local family who has many health problems. Our friend Pam Opdyke sent me the photos and suggested we let the pictures tell the rest of the story:
Curtis arrives at the family’s home with blender, water, greens and fruits.
They liked it! They don’t get much produce and said it tasted so fresh!
