Good Morning Chocolate Elixir Recipe

Good Morning Chocolate Elixir

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk or organic oat milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 scoop GreenSmoothieGirl Bone Broth Protein Chocolate Shake
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or to taste

  1. Blend all ingredients in an immersion or regular blender. Heat using a saucepan on the stovetop, being careful not to boil it.

The addition of cinnamon helps balance your blood sugar, and has anti-inflammatory properties. And, this spice is one of the most potent sources of antioxidants.
