Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Honey and mustard come together to make a sweetly tangy vinaigrette for your salads

- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp brown mustard
- 1/4 cup unrefined flaxseed oil
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tbsp soaked whole mustard seeds
- to taste freshly ground black pepper

Soak mustard seeds in 2 tbsp water for 30 minutes

Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender until smooth
