A healthy combination of colorful vegetables and spices make a delicious teriyaki dish

- 1 medium spiralized yellow squash
- 2 medium spiralized zuccini
- 1/2 thinly-sliced yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 thinly-sliced red bell pepper
- 1/2 thinly-sliced yellow bell pepper
- 1-2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 cup Nama Shoyu
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 clove small pressed garlic
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Combine all vegetables together in a large bowl

Blend all sauce ingredients together until smooth

Take a portion of the salad and drizzle on as much sauce as you want to enjoy
