Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Honey and mustard come together to make a sweetly tangy vinaigrette for your salads

    cup
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2
    tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 2
    tbsp
    raw honey
  • 2
    tbsp
    brown mustard
  • 1/4
    cup
    unrefined flaxseed oil
  • 1/2
    cup
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 3
    cloves
    garlic
  • pinch
    sea salt
  • 1
    tsp
    cayenne
  • 2
    tsp
    water
  • 1
    tbsp
    soaked whole mustard seeds
  • to taste
    freshly ground black pepper

  1. Soak mustard seeds in 2 tbsp water for 30 minutes

  2. Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender until smooth

  3. Refrigerate up to two weeks
