Almond Berry Smoothie

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup berries fresh or frozen
- 3 large handfuls spinach
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbs GSG Sprouted Flax or Tri-Omega
- 1 - 2 servings GSG Protein Powder

In a high-speed blender, blend almond milk, ice, and greens for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
