  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp. stevia
  • 2 large handfuls spring greens
  • 1 banana frozen in chunks
  • 1 pear or apple
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop GSG Natural Plant Protein or Vanilla Superfood Protein Meal

  1. Add water, stevia, protein, and greens to your blender, and blend 90 seconds or til smooth. Add the banana and pear or apple and blend again til smooth. Add frozen berries and blend again til smooth.
