Almond Pie Crust
A yummy healthy pie crust crafted from almonds, dates, coconut oil, and spices.
- 1 cup almond flour You can even use ground up dehydrated almond pulp left over from almond milk
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8 soaked/pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 cup water
Mix ingredients in your high speed blender until smooth and creamy, press into pie pan.
Dehydrate at 110 degrees for 10 hours
