Almond Cashew Energy Balls
This recipe crafts almonds, cashews, honey, and more into a delicious and healthy energy ball for snacks and breakfast.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- In a food processor chop up nuts into small pieces.
Mix oats and chopped nuts in a bowl.
Combine almond butter, peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a separate bowl and stir until mixed well.
Add the wet mixture to the oats and chopped nuts.
Fold all ingredients together until the wet mixture is evenly incorporated.
- Roll into 1” balls and place them on sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
