Podcast: Play in new window
In 2020, I’m tuning my life to the frequency of contentment. Let’s talk about why humans are so perennially dissatisfied, and how to opt out of our cultural tendency toward too much striving — to be content, regardless of circumstance.

Thank you Robin. I first discovered you a couple of years ago and have since drifted away. You came back into my radar during the spamdemic. I appreciate you. Happy to be back.
Congratulations to you and your new marriage. God bless you for all of the great work you do in this world.
Hi Robyn! I am sending congratulations to you on getting married and well wishes for a long life full of everything that brings you joy! Tank you for your emails and foor your company Green Smoothie Girl. I listened to your podcast. I liked and agreed with what you said about being totally observant of your actions in every detail can help with bringing you contentment and inner peace. I agree it is very important to stop and allow yourself to concentrate on an action you are doing or in allowing yourself to recognize and feel whatever negativity you are experiencing and face it head on so that it can be replaced with positivity and moved on from. I also want to thank you for sharing your knowledge on wellness promotion and for most recently your handout on how to Dry Brush which i believe is the best instruction to follow on assisting the Lymph system i have seen. I am planning to include your products in my own plan to follow a healthier lifestyle.
Congrats to you, Robin and John! I love this podcast and totally agree with you. I’m a life coach, Robin, for the last 13 years, but I have a love for holistic health and all that you teach. I’ve told so many about you. As far as being one of your health coaches, that is an interesting prospect. I LOVE life coaching with a health coach bent to it. Anyhow, it might be worth a conversation. Sending you and yours much love and contentment. I’m 51 and right there with your values.
Thank you for being so honest about why you moved again. I like you even more now. Congratulations on your marriage!
Thanks, very good.
