SO glad I don’t have to take a handful of supplements to maintain health!
And SO glad I don’t need a bunch of lab tests!
I concentrate on w whole food diet with lots of herb teas everyday.
It’s lifestyle, not pills that keeps my health in check.

Hello: I just listened to my 1st Vibe audio as I just came to the website for the 1st time and decided to explore. I have known of you, Robyn, for quite a few years, but was on other pathways in health learning and supporting my body — making changes/adjustments as knowledge progressed and I have aged. After hearing this on Lab tests (very enlightening) and I agree with you, I plan to explore your work more. Also have just recently entered a period where my body seems to be saying it is well supported and I feel resistive to the amount of supplements I have been doing, plus just replenished some and maybe didn`t need to. Will use them up eventually as light fill-ins. I am small in frame and have rarely taken the suggested dosages on any of them because it is just too much and I have had more here than I really probably needed due to learning curiosities for things and some practioner guidance in a nutrition program. Appreciated your input in this video and would like to have heard the rest of the list. I am a listener all the time to many things going on in this life, plus my passion to hear about all things health. I know what the basic bldg. blocks a body may need beyond just foods — likely not as many as I have indulged in over some time. They have, however, made a difference in this body and important for having gotten to age 88 and doing as well as I am because of them. Ongoing learning affection considerations in what one does personally, gets adjusted now and then with input such as you shared here.
So, will be interested to learn more from your perspective/knowledge. Thank you for what you do.
