Smooth as Ice

- 1 - 2 cup water
- ½ tsp. stevia
- 3 large handfuls spring greens
- 1 pear or apple
- 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 - 2 servings GSG Protein Powder

Add water, protein, and greens to your blender, and blend until smooth. Add the banana and pear or apple and frozen berries and blend again til smooth.
