No-Cook Tomato Sauce
Here’s a perfect way to use your big tomato crop, without cooking or even spending much time.
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 3 lbs fresh tomatoes
- 1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 handful fresh basil, oregano, or both
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Pulse in your blender until blended but still chunky, or whatever consistency you prefer. Serve over pasta, quinoa with vegetables, or with chips.
