Gluten-Free Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
This yummy and gluten-free cake is perfect for all occasions, including guiltless self-indulgence!
- 1/3 cup teff flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup sorghum flour
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 2/3 cup agave
- 3 tbsp organic cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 3/4 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup organic cocoa
- 1/2 cup agave
- 1 3/4 cups filtered hot water
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Mix and blend together all ingredients sans fudge ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Pour into a glass or non-teflon baking pan
Combine fudge ingredients and pour over batter
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 min until done. Serve warm or cool.
