A healthy and homemade classic dish for the holidays
- 1 lb whole cranberries, rinsed
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
Combine all of the ingredients together in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the berries begin to burst, about 15 minutes.
- Stir, then remove from heat and let it sit to cool and thicken.
