Almond Cashew Energy Balls
This recipe crafts almonds, cashews, honey, and more into a delicious and healthy energy ball for snacks and breakfast.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla

In a food processor chop up nuts into small pieces.

Mix oats and chopped nuts in a bowl.

Combine almond butter, peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a separate bowl and stir until mixed well.

Add the wet mixture to the oats and chopped nuts.

Fold all ingredients together until the wet mixture is evenly incorporated.

Roll into 1” balls and place them on sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
You can also add even more protein by adding one of our protein powders — either the Bone Broth Protein or the Vegan Complete Meal Protein. If the mixture becomes crumbly, simply add a little more honey, and it will stick together again.
