Good or Bad For Me?

There’s so much confusion in the nutrition world about what to eat–but nutrition is really pretty simple.

Through my own trial and error and research I’ve learned how to separate nutrition fact and myth. If you spent as much time as I have studying and experimenting with nutrition, I’m sure you would come to the same conclusions.  Unfortunately, this information is not taught in any medical school or dietetics course!  You can’t get this information from an M.D., or from the vast majority of dietitians, and you should know why by the time you’re done reading. I’ll give you a clue: it’s because they don’t know.

So here is what I’ve learned, completely uninfluenced by the big industries that filter the information you get in the major, mainstream media. That media wants its advertisers appeased—and its subject matter watered down and non-controversial.  I just want you to be healthy!
