The video was blacked out on Rumble, but the commercials were not.
I really wanted to see John juicing for you.

I eat whole oranges everyday, plus apples with red skins, always eat the skins. Plus if I have a cold, Iimmediately gargle with warm salt water a few times a day

I started feeling a cold come on last Saturday, gargled 3 times, had a mixed berry smoothie with coconut yogurt and coconut lime juice, plus my usual orange and apple. Went to bed early, used a blend of essential oils in my diffuser, next morning no more cold symptoms.

  3. Linda M Brown says:

I have borderline diabetes and have been told not to drink orange juice because of the flood of sugar into the bloodstream.

    1. Kathleen says:

So how about you eat the orange instead- it has lots of fiber that slows down the digestion of sugar…I especially eat as much of the white inner skin as I can.

    2. Tammy says:

Go to forefronthealth.com and search orange juice. It explains how orange juice is actually good for diabetics.
