I’ve been using kinesiology tape cut into 1” strips for a couple of years now. I tried paper tape and some other medical tapes, but found them too sticky! I even tried the tape that has a hole you can talk through designed by Patrick McKeown, but even that was way too sticky for me. And expensive! Anyway, I sleep better with my mouth taped.
