Is the cold plunge craze actually worth the hype, or is it just a way to get “likes” on Instagram? In this video, I’m breaking down the science of cold water immersion (CWI) and sharing my own “DIY” setup. I used a 14-cubic-foot freezer, some caulk, and well water to create my own health sanctuary.
I’ll share why my first few plunges felt absolutely euphoric, why I don’t get the same effect if I go in twice a day, and what the research says about dopamine, muscle growth, and inflammation.
