Morning Strawberry Smoothie

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 peeled red beet
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 12 frozen strawberries
  • 1 dropperful stevia
  • 2 cup organic coconut milk
  • 10 ice cubes

  1. Blend in a quality blender until smooth to enjoy
