Chocolate Mousse | GreenSmoothieGirl
- ½ C quark cheese or organic cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
- ¼ C plain kefir or more, to achieve desired consistency
- 2 Tbsp. GSG Sprouted Flax Sprouted Berry Flax, or Tri-Omega Superfood
- 1 Tbsp. raw powdered cacao or more, to taste
- 1 dropperful liquid stevia or to taste; can use chocolate, toffee, or other flavors
- Put the cheese, flax oil, and kefir in a blender (or use a hand-held “stick” blender) and blend on low speed until the mixture is creamy and all yellow oil is incorporated.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend on low until well mixed. Eat immediately.
