Chia Pudding
A yummy cinnamon pudding that is full of nut and seed proteins.

- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup any milk alternative (coconut, almond, etc)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp nuts
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened flaked coconut
- sprinkle ground flax seed
- assorted fruit, to taste

Stir together chia seeds, milk alternative, and cinnamon. Soak for 20 minutes.

Stir in remaining seeds, adding more liquid if needed.

Stir in nuts, coconut, ground flax seed, and fruit to enjoy.
