This fudge recipe is not only easy, it’s a great way to get antioxidants from dark chocolate and the benefits of healthy fats in treat form!

  • 2 cups maple syrup or raw organic agave
  • 2 cups organic, cold pressed coconut oil melted
  • 1 cup raw powdered chocolate or unsweetened, nonalkalized cocoa
  • 2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cup chopped almonds


  1. Blend maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and powdered chocolate together

  2. Pour mixture into bowl, stir in coconut shreds and almonds

  3. Pour into a 9x13 in pan, chill for 2 hours, and cut into squares to serve
