Almond Joy Fudge
This fudge recipe is not only easy, it’s a great way to get antioxidants from dark chocolate and the benefits of healthy fats in treat form!

- 2 cups maple syrup or raw organic agave
- 2 cups organic, cold pressed coconut oil melted
- 1 cup raw powdered chocolate or unsweetened, nonalkalized cocoa
- 2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 cup chopped almonds

Blend maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and powdered chocolate together

Pour mixture into bowl, stir in coconut shreds and almonds

Pour into a 9x13 in pan, chill for 2 hours, and cut into squares to serve
