Gluten-Free Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

This yummy and gluten-free cake is perfect for all occasions, including guiltless self-indulgence!

  • 1/3 cup teff flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup sorghum flour
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2/3 cup agave
  • 3 tbsp organic cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 3/4 cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Fudge

  • 1/4 cup organic cocoa
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1 3/4 cups filtered hot water
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

  1. Mix and blend together all ingredients sans fudge ingredients in a high-powered blender.

  2. Pour into a glass or non-teflon baking pan

  3. Combine fudge ingredients and pour over batter

  4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 min until done. Serve warm or cool.
