Peanut Miso Sauce

A creamy blend of peanut and garlic for a delicious gingery miso sauce.

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp miso
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Nama Shoyu or Bragg's
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  1. Blend all ingredients together and serve as a sauce.
