Orange Dreamsicle Popsicle

A refreshing, simple, and healthy orange popsicle recipe for the hot summer days!

  • 2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice or store bought with pulp
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup plain, organic kefir
  • 1 dropperful liquid stevia to taste

  1. Blend ingredients together thoroughly

  2. Pour into molds

  3. Freeze for 4 or more hours
