Almond Pie Crust

A yummy healthy pie crust crafted from almonds, dates, coconut oil, and spices. 

  • 1 cup almond flour You can even use ground up dehydrated almond pulp left over from almond milk
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 soaked/pitted dates
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/2 cup water

  1. Mix ingredients in your high speed blender until smooth and creamy, press into pie pan.

  2. Dehydrate at 110 degrees for 10 hours
