Cranberry Sauce

A healthy and homemade classic dish for the holidays

  • 1 lb whole cranberries, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a saucepan over medium-high heat. 

  2. Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the berries begin to burst, about 15 minutes. 
  3. Stir, then remove from heat and let it sit to cool and thicken.
