Hi, I am interested in doing the 26-Day detox program, but I live in El Salvador, Central America, where we don’t have a readily available supply of organic produce and GMO-free foods. So, would it be possible to do it at all?
Hi Edgar, I’m glad you reached out! Although not ideal, we still encourage you to partake and do the best you can in finding whatever organic produce that you can. Whether that’s at a market or grown by you.
You want to avoid putting chemicals and pesticides in your body or on your skin while detoxing. If you can’t find everything organic, its most important that the veggies your juice (if you are participating in level 2) are organic, and I recommend at least buying the following from the “Dirty Dozen” organic (Strawberries, Spinach, Apples, Celery, Tomatoes, Potatoes) as these fruits and vegetables have the most pesticide residues on/in them. Also imported produce from Chile and Mexico is likely to be coated in pesticides banned in the U.S. American-grown produce is preferable, although U.S. growers do use plenty of harmful chemicals.
If you must buy conventional produce for your detox, please use a good organic veggie wash, available at any health food store or online. You can also make your own inexpensively… An easy google search will bring up many recipes!
Will the program information come by email or us mail? I don’t take any supplement, is that an issue with your program?
That all depends the package you purchase. If you purchase Manual Only e-Book, than that will be received via email, otherwise our other packages, aside from International (also digital only), are shipped to your home.
Supplements are not required. There are a few that Robyn highly recommends to enhance your detoxing experience, but they are not required. Hope to have you join us!

Hi Robin, I have not ever detoxed. I am a pretty good healthy eater meaning I eat, whole organic whole foods, organic grass feed beef and organic chicken. I make green smoothies and such. However I struggle with sugar it is my last bad habit which I want to quit and have been trying now for years and I always return to it unfortunately. Which is why I am interested in this detox program. However it is very intimidating to me. I would like to attempt to do it for two weeks this time and then next time for the full time. What are your thoughts on this idea? Can I follow the program with out signing up?
