David's Guacamole Bruschetta Toast

A vegan foodie's delight, avocado and tomatoes come together for a quick, healthy, oil-free and plant based lunch

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • pinch fresh crushed pepper to taste
  • pinch Himalayan sea salt to taste
  • pinch garlic salt to taste
  • 4 slices organic bread

  1. Mash avocado flesh in a bowl, add minced garlic and garlic salt

  2. Toast bread, spread guacamole over toast

  3. Add hemp seeds, diced tomato, and fresh basil leaves

  4. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top, sprinkle crushed pepper and Himalayan sea salt before eating
