Salvadoran Radish Salsa

Course Side Dish

  • 1 bunch radishes any kind
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • juice from 1 line

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans rinsed
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 cup jicama chopped
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • juice from 1 additional lime
  • salt to taste

  1. Chop all vegetables from the first list and mix with cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Add optional ingredients for a hearty meal.
