  • 3 large handfuls of spinach
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen

  • 2 TBS GreenSmoothieGirl Sprouted Flax or TriOmega

  1. In high-speed blender, blend water, ice, and spinach for 30 seconds.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
