Almond Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • 3 large handfuls spinach
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbs GSG Sprouted Flax or Tri-Omega
  • 1 - 2 servings GSG Protein Powder

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend almond milk, ice, and greens for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
