Raw Teriyaki Vegetable Salad

A healthy combination of colorful vegetables and spices make a delicious teriyaki dish

  • 1 medium spiralized yellow squash
  • 2 medium spiralized zuccini
  • 1/2 thinly-sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 thinly-sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 thinly-sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1-2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas

Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Nama Shoyu
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 clove small pressed garlic
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  1. Combine all vegetables together in a large bowl

  2. Blend all sauce ingredients together until smooth

  3. Take a portion of the salad and drizzle on as much sauce as you want to enjoy
