Chuck's Good Stuff Green Smoothie

A delicious smoothie that embraces the idea of "green smoothie with whatever you have on hand.”

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 2 handfuls kale
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 1/2 cups berries
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 peeled and pitted avocado
  • cilantro to taste
