Bumble Berry Pie Smoothie

A sweet yet healthy dessert option with assorted berries, rhubarb, and maple syrup

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup cut up rhubarb
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 handful spinach or red swiss chard
  • 1 tsp maple syrup for sweetening, if desired

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Add additional water if the mixture is too thick.
