Berry Nutty Smoothie

The addition of almonds to this berry green smoothie is sure to make your kids go nuts! It’s a creative way to get your family to “eat” their greens!

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 large handfuls spinach or mixed greens
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 1 scoop protein powder any flavor
  • 1 TBS sprouted ground flax (or TriOmega)

  1. In high-speed blender, blend almond milk and greens for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
