  • 1 C coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh grated turmeric
  • ½ Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
  • Juice from ½ a lemon or orange
  • 1 small carrot
  • ½ Tbsp. raw honey
  • ⅛ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon
