Counting calories is stupid. Not every calorie is the same. A calorie of soda is not the same as a calorie of lettuce. You can NOT get fat if you eat 3,000 calories of vegetables per day. If you eat 3,000 calories of junk food then that is a different story. If you eat high quality whole foods like vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, and seeds you don’t need to count calories and you will still lose weight.
