Morning Berry Smoothie

1/3 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup whole milk yogurt
1 tablespoon GSG Sprouted Ground Flax Seed (or flax seed of your choice)
½ banana
handful spinach
1 cup frozen mixed berries

Put all in a blender and blend until smooth.
