Dried Fruits & Enzymes

Hey Robyn,

When purchasing  dried organic fruit from Azure Standard or similar sites, do the dried fruits still have all the enzymes intact? Is the drying process above 115 degrees?

What’s the bottom line?

    As far as I know, they are using vendors who dry below 116 degrees. I can’t guarantee that and will ask my friend who runs our local Azure buying group (who has been a 100% raw foodist for about 10 yrs.).
