    If I go on this detox–all liquid, I assume–how do I start eating solid food again without gaining a ton of weight???

I have been hanging on to a lot of anger and resentment and know how toxic it can be, but I have found it difficult to get past, but think I am slowly but surely getting there. Looking forward to making many positive and beneficial changes in my life.

I was also abused and have been trying to get over my resentment for decades and have tried many, many methods to rid myself of these toxic emotions. I’m excited to see if your really thorough detox will have the same result for me emotionally as it did for you. Thank you so much for your share!

    I have enjoyed and my eyes are open to listen and try out your detox. I don’t have the funds now but i would like to be involved later in the year when you do it again. I think that for me it will be best to be a life time member. I have been looking for a way to be increase and sustain good health as possible now in my life. I have recently experience heart issues and i believe eating healthy and detoxing will be great. Looking forward to this next year.

    In looking over your menu for day 1-4, I was surprised to see tomatoes and potatoes. We have been nightshade free for some time and am hesitant to introduce them back into our diet. Do you have a substitute? I have traditionally replaced white potatoes with sweet and used zucchini or butternut puree (for sauces) whenever a recipe calls for tomatoes.
